Spring is finally here! 🌸
It's April now and spring is starting to feel like it's here!
The flowers in my garden are blooming one after another 🌸
It's also the season when wild vegetables such as butterbur sprouts are delicious! 😋
It's a lovely season for eating outside with warm weather...
So, I tried making some easy rice dishes!
Here is the finished product!
The Sierra cup is very convenient because you can easily cook a single serving!
And after your meal, how about some sweet strawberries, another spring flavor? 😋
This strawberry is a Niigata variety called "Echigohime" 🍓
It has a very sweet taste and aroma, and its flesh is soft.
It doesn't seem to be available much outside of the prefecture, so be sure to give it a try if you're ever in Niigata!
